Check Out

Checkout is 10am.

Please leave the house in the same state that you received it. Wash any dishes and clean/wipe down after yourself.  If there is any sand in the house, please take the time to remove it.

Please do not leave anything (such as snorkel gear, beach chairs, plates/utensils, etc) in the patio common area.  Each Villa has a specified number of  items that are inventoried upon your checkout.

Please ensure all furniture it in the same spot that you found it when you checked in.

Please do not take any towels, snorkel gear, utensils, or anything else from the property when you check out. You are welcome to use it during your stay. Anything missing will be charged to your card on file.

Please turn off lights and air conditioning when upon your departure – and thank you for visiting us on St John!
