Check In

Your key code for the lock will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.

Your local contact will be Erin Piper (340-344-4234).  He will meet you at the Villa to check you in, walk you through the Villa and assist you onsite should you have any issues during your stay.

However, please contact our customer service team through the Villas at Cruz Bay App or at 844-CRUZ BAY first as we will be able to be much more responsive to your guest requests.

Please note that entry doors have outdoor security cameras to ensure safety and security of our guests and property. There are no cameras inside the property. Please keep both of the main doors closed and locked when you are not at the property.
