Air Conditioning

The Air Conditioning will be set to 72 for your arrival.  

Please do not turn the A/C below 72 deg F/ 22 deg C.  On very humid days, ice tends to form on the coils if set colder than 72F / 22C and the A/C unit will freeze up .  If this happens, the unit will cease to blow cold air, your villa will warm up quickly and it can cause permanent damage to the unit.  There is nothing that can be done to “fix” them once they freeze, short of letting them thaw out, during which time you will have no A/C. 

We ask you to please turn off any A/Cs you are not using and to turn all A/Cs off when you are away from the house as the house will cool fairly quickly when you come back.
